REFUND POLICY

Transactions on Sanchay Finvest Limited's ("SFL") Trading Platform conclude only after a successful transfer of funds from the client's registered bank account to SFL's Client Bank account. As per the Exchange Settlement schedule, stocks purchased will be credited to the client's demat account within one day from the settlement date.

By utilizing the Platform, you acknowledge that completed or traded transactions cannot be canceled. If there is a successful transfer of funds from your bank account and no transactions are conducted by you, the funds will be refunded to your registered bank account based on your withdrawal request or the settlement cycle selected during the account opening with SFL, whichever occurs first..
